Paisley Plush reserves the right to change its policies from time-to-time at their own discretion by updating this page. You should check this page at the time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
Paisley Plush will deliver the goods as specified. The customer shall provide payment for the goods prior to dispatch. Paisley Plush reserve the right to decline any order without reason being given.
Descriptions and Specifications
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that colours displayed are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.
We aim to list all products with truthful and honest descriptions. If more information is required on our products prior to purchasing, please contact us.
We accept payments via PayPal and most major credit/debit card providers. Paisley Plush operates through a secure payment system, and provides a safe portal for paying for goods online. Once payment has cleared we will aim to dispatch goods within 1-2 working days, and we will always inform customers if orders will take any longer than this (such as when we are experiencing very busy periods).
All prices shown on this website are quoted in pounds sterling (sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider).
Mainland UK: £1.00 for First Class Post (estimated delivery 1-3 working days);
and £0.75 for Second Class Post (estimated delivery 2-5 working days).
Rest of World: £2.50 (estimated delivery 5-15 days from dispatch).
* Reference to "Free Postage on 2 or more cards", applies to 2 or more cards being purchased in the same transaction, for the UK only. We will automatically apply free postage to all UK orders that are over £5.00 at the Checkout.
Products will be dispatched by Royal Mail, or standard Airmail within 1-2 working days of ordering. Postal prices will be calculated at the checkout. In the case of non-delivery within the UK please wait 10 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed, and 21 days for outside the UK.
Paisley Plush has tried to ensure that all information provided through this website is honest and accurate, however it accepts no liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the site through technical or other reasons. We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to make changes and corrections to the material on the site. Paisley Plush does not guarantee the functions of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components. You will be responsible for the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

Every effort is made to make sure your goods arrive in perfect condition, please contact us if anything is damaged in transit. We only offer refunds or exchanges for damaged goods; all other instances are non-refundable.

If your product is unavailable and you do not wish to wait till it is back in stock, then we will provide you with a full refund.
